Packages will generally ship within 2 business days of you placing your order. Delivery time depends on shipping carrier, back order status, weather conditions and holiday demand. Thus, we cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery.
We ship via FED Ex, FED Ex Smart Post, USPS and large items are shipped via truck freight. Shipping and handling for all orders shipped include insurance.
For packages shipped USPS, the USPS will follow your regular postal directions. For Packages shipped, Northern Lights cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date. For orders shipped via LTL, they will call to schedule delivery.
You will receive tracking information from us via e-mail after your package(s) have shipped.
We are able to utilize regular Shipping and Handling methods within the lower 48 states. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, American territories and International addresses, please contact for arrangements. We cannot ship any order to an APO or FPO address. FED Ex can not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use residential or business addresses for deliveries.
Express options are available however, any free shipping promotions does not apply to Express services. Express packages are shipped the next business day after the order has been placed.
Northern Lights and Trees uses FED Ex, USPS, and various Truck Freight companies as its delivery methods. You will get tracking and carrier information upon shipment. Please inquire about any international orders.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Orders may not be cancelled. However, they may be returned, but our standard return policy will apply.
You can return your order to to us for store credit or a refund if Northern Lights receives the returned merchandise within 15 days of receipt and merchandise must be in unused condition. Merchandise must include all hardware, instructions and/or any accessories that may have come in its original packaging. Please note that restocking charges may apply.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please include a copy of your invoice with your contact information. Return processing takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the time of year. If you wish to purchase another item, Northern Lights & Trees will send you a store credit that you can use to place a new order.

Please inspect your item upon receipt and report all problems must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find the best solution to the problem. Returns will not be accepted after the stated time frame. Item(s) that break after normal use might still be under its manufacturer’s warranty. Northern Lights is not the manufacturer; any warranty will be honored by the manufacturer.
